Since the firmware 3.70 (official or not) it is possible to change themes on your PSP

I combine all those I found to be a BigPack 210 Themes (there's something for all tastes ...)
This is not me who created these themes is thank you to the creator

To apply a theme:

- Connect your PSP to your computer via USB,
- Pass your PSP in "USB mode" with the option "USB Connection"
- Right click on the file you downloaded,
- Choose "Extract Files ..."
- Choose like destination the letter assigned to your PSP in My Computer,
- Press OK
- Wait for the extraction of files and then exit "USB mode" on your PSP.
- Go to the menu "Settings themes> Theme" and choose a theme
